Polish Lollipops!
This may seem weird, but seriously… don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! I’m not a cream cheese fan, but I LOVE this snack. So you may too!
My family calls these Polish Lollipops. Hmm…
So first… get some sliced Genoa Salami (you can get it from the deli at the grocery store), cream cheese (regular or whipped… doesn’t matter), and some celery or green onions (both taste good).

Spread a bit of cream cheese on some salami.

Then wrap the salami around the celery stick or green onion.

That’s it! Easy, huh?! And super tasty.
Edited to add: Salami is Boar’s Head Genoa Salami. ![]()

bg44,
Thanks for your comment!
The brand of salami I used was Boar’s Head Genoa Salami… from the deli.
And actually, most pre-packaged meats do *not* contain gluten anymore. Since wheat is in the Top 8, they now have to state ON the package if it *does* contain wheat. It’s never hidden. Check it out!
I always buy my meat from the deli though… and I make sure they don’t cut it on the same machine that they cut the bread. I’ve never had ANY problems with meat from the deli. I hope you have the same luck!
